Quality Improvement and Healthcare Management
Our series of conferences and training courses focussing on quality improvement and healthcare management provide national policy updates relating to the drive for quality and productivity and local examples of best practice. Delegates can take away practical tips for making improvements in their own organisation and advice for managing service changes and redesign. Themes include how to demonstrate, measure and monitor quality improvement through patient experience, against clinical quality indicators and using clinical dashboards.
