*Student registration is for those individuals enrolled in undergraduate or post-graduate programs, residents, fellows and post docs. Attendees registering at the student rate are required to submit proof of student, resident, fellow or post doc status (which may include a copy of a current school registration, schedule, ID, etc.) when registering. Instructions are provided when registering online.
All registration and membership prices are in US dollars.
1-day or Partial Conference Registrations:
There are no 1-day or partial conference registration options. All registrations are for the FULL conference from October 27-30, 2019.
Presenter Registration:
Those attendees presenting accepted oral abstracts, posters, workshops, symposia, SIGs, etc. do not receive a discounted registration rate, and are expected to pay the full registration price to attend.
Notification of acceptance will be sent prior to the early bird deadline so presenters are able to take advantage of the early bird rate.
Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations will be refunded (minus a US $75 cancellation fee), if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the conference
- Cancellations after 30 days out from the conference will not be refunded.
