Dr. Karen Roush, MD, MBA

Dr. Roush holds several positions within the Methodist Health System in the Dallas, Texas area, including Vice Chair, Department of Pathology and Medical Director for Pathology, Transfusion Services, and the Transplant Immunology Laboratory. She also serves on several committees across the Methodist Health System. She is the author of several books and book chapters on the topic of blood banking and transfusion medicine in addition to articles that have been published in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Lily Li, MD, PhD, MBA

Dr. Lily Li is the Medical Safety Officer at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics responsible for evaluating potential medical risks and guiding risk mitigation of all marketed products. She also serves as a Director at Medical and Scientific Affairs providing evidence-based support to Ortho’s current and future products. Prior to Ortho, Lily had ten years of pharmaceutical R&D experience in Johnson & Johnson and led and advanced multiple programs of biologics or cell therapy through development. Lily obtained her Medical Degree from Peking University, China, and her Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Alberta, Canada. She completed her post-doctoral training at the Scripps Research Institutes, San Diego. Lily is the author of more than 40 scientific articles and filed 17 patent applications. Lily also obtained her MBA from Temple University.

Patric Lundberg, PhD
Senior Scientist in the Research and Development department at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. 

Patric received his doctorate in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison studying retroviral immunology. His expertise is in immunology, virology and bioinformatics surrounding viral pathogenesis and has received funding and published in these and other areas beyond viral immunology. Since Fall 2020, he joined the Infectious Disease division of Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and has been involved in SARS-CoV-2 mutation monitoring and assay development.
